I offer a number of training packages and courses, depending on your professional development needs. In building a bespoke programme of support, I aim to build leadership capacity, enhance classroom practice and improve student outcomes.

As a wider part of our consultation services, I offer coaching for middle and senior leaders, particularly those new to these positions. In addition, I offer specialised mentoring for teachers, such as those returning to teaching or needing regular support in a new role.

I am able to support your school or trust by providing impartial complaints, disciplinary and grievance investigation services. I can support schools or organisations by acting as independent panel members or by chairing investigation panels.
