Drawing on evidence-informed expertise and extensive experience of teaching and leading at department, school and trust-wide levels, we are able to provide consultancy to UK and international schools in a variety of contexts.

Previous consultancy commissions have included:

  • Developing a model for senior curricular leadership to improve support  & challenge for middle leaders

  • Conducting detailed collaborative reviews and supporting effective development planning for individual subjects

  • Gathering pupil voice data on school ethos and behaviour & attitudes to inform improvement planning

  • Evaluating and supporting senior leaders' preparation​ for inspection

  • Curriculum and leadership support for moving from a two-year to three-year Key Stage 3 (& vice versa for KS4)
